Medical Bill Management
NESA manages medical bill processing and the payment of claims by reviewing the provision of care and the charges placed against the policy on hand. This includes monitoring against EOBs created by the insurer, charges placed by the provider, co-pays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket maximums.
IVF Local Monitoring Coordination
NESA communicates with all parties to research appropriate providers, triage care, manage orders, ensure that test results are delivered where and when they should, and reduce costs through network cost controls.
Medical Escrow Management

We implement a secure online portal that allows you to quickly access confidential medical records, combine and annotate them, and then share the files with the rest of your team. Our online solutions can take your team’s communication and organization skills to the next level. Partnered with our comprehensive Review services, NESA does the detail work to request medical records, monitor their arrival, and review costs against state guidelines, and with analysis by appropriately accredited medical staff.
U.S. Physician Services
NESA contracts directly with physicians who can review scripts from doctors around the world for appropriateness, and co-sign scripts so that they adhere to current prescription and referral statutes. This allows you to work with IVF providers around the world for your U.S.-based gestational carrier, and provides access to support for any of your medical tourism needs.
